Simply push the small knob under the buckle to loose or tighten belt.

Size 32/34: From start of strap to middle hole is 33". Total belt strap length from end to end is 39"

Size 36/38: From start of strap to middle hole is 37". Total belt strap length from end to end is 43".

Size 40/42: From start of strap to middle hole is 41". Total belt strap length from end to end is 47".

Size 44/46: From start of strap to middle hole is 45". Total belt strap length from end to end is 51".
