Size S: from start of strap to middle hole is 30" to tip end of belt is 35"

Size M: from start of strap to middle hole is 34" to tip end of belt is 39"

Size L: from start of strap to middle hole is 38" to tip end of belt is 43"

Size XL: from start of strap to middle hole is 42" to tip end of belt is 47"

Suggestion is to buy slightly larger size, or the largest size as this belt can be cut down from the buckle end

to shorten the strap.
